Dems Still Obstructing Bush Nominees, Faith Bill Advances

Prayer Points:

1. Pray that God would reveal His truth to the House and Senate on the issue of human cloning. Pray that senators would be convicted by the ethical implications of using human embryos in medical research.

2. Pray that judges who fear God and interpret the Constitution the way the founders intended would be approved for service to the federal bench. Pray for an end to the partisan bickering that has delayed the appointments of numerous judges.

3. Pray that the efforts to level the playing field for religious organizations under President Bush's faith-based initiative would have favor. Pray that many people would find the physical and spiritual help they need from organizations that hear and obey the Word of the Lord.

4. Pray that God would grant wisdom and protection for President Bush and his staff as they consider the next steps in the Iraq conflict. Pray especially for salvation and protection for members of our armed forces who are in harm's way right now.
