Roe v. Wade Turns 30

Wednesday, January 22, marks the thirtieth anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the infamous Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion on demand in all fifty states.

On this day, as in years past, hundreds of thousands of Americans will march on Washington, D.C., to show their support for protecting the unborn and include them in our nation's promise that all of its citizens "are created equal."

While Roe v. Wade is still law, and the Court has since established high legal barriers to its being overturned, pro-life supporters should take comfort that their movement has come a long way, especially in the last ten years.
