Race, civil rights seen as Achilles' heel of Republicans

When I read and hear all this civil rights bunk, I wonder what is the source of the statement, I can almost hear the ACLU in this talk. Mostly we all know that as homosexuals rights are flooding the world and murdering of the unborn, and not to mention that those that push this corruption want the mouth of the preacher and christian silenced so they can freely do this. I don't care whether you are one party or the other, democrat or republican, wrong is wrong in the site of God.

I heard on the local radio station how all running democrats for presidential election 2004 reaffirmed the support for the killing of the unborn. I began to think about Hitler lost the world war and how he murdered 6 million Jews and we call it the hollocost. How could a Jew anywhere in the world support the killing of any people , unborn, after they went thru what they did?

And today on the radio station, I heard as this one time abortion clinic worker who got saved tell of her sin. She said they targeted the young people, and encouraged them to have 3 to 5 pregnancies from the age of 13 to 18 yrs of age. They would get a large business running and the profit from these dead baby parts was real good.

It's no wonder the medical profession is under attack now, for malpractice. It's the medical profession thats murdering the 40 million babies in America, I don't care if the Supreme Court did give them permission. I wouldn't murder a Baby American just because they said it was legal and I could, Thats against God.  If the medical profession has no respect for human life in the first place ( Like Hitler ) don't you think God will let them reap what they sowed. I heard they had a real slaughter house for the unborn American Babies in Witchita, Kansas.

I know Hitler lost the War, but You would think he must have won the war instead, by what is happening in America. American public schools has throwed the Holy Bible in the street and said don't come back we teach Islam and other cults. Baby Americans now reaching past 40 million ( For Every Jew Hitler Murdered, America Has Murdered at Least 7 Americans ) and I guess the black people want to kill theirs  if more black people support "Choose to Murder" presidential candidates, instead of " Choose To Life ". Even myself with my 3 granddaughters still bound by the California Laws keeping them from me. If Hitler would have won the war I would expect just what California has done, to me.

One day I received a call from a person that had taken control my three granddaughter in California,  and they said I was being considered to have my three granddaughters and I would know in a few days, I said ok. Well in a few days I received another call. The person told me I couldn't have them, I asked why. She said she couldn't tell me, only that it was something that had happened earlier in my life. My wife told me to ask whether it was hers or mine. She said it was mine. No where in the World have I been found guilty of anything, nor was I given the chance to defend myself or face anyone, if I was accused by someone. I have never received any paperwork telling me anything about what they did or intend to do concerning my granddaughters. They don't consider I have any rights whatsoever or ever did by their actions.  I have never forgot as the woman that talked to me then, she laughed at me because I didn't like what the state of california in Modesto area was doing, what are you going to do about it, sue a social worker, as she laughed at me? I have been in the ministry for over 20 years, I haven't smoked or drank any alcoholic beverage for over 25 years. I hope they don't hold it against me because I'm Pentecostal, and thats why? If our president George Bush would have received such a telephone call As I did, they would have Hell rained upon them from Him and His Wife to release his grandchildren, and they would have because of his power and wealth.

Because I am poor and cannot defend myself from such a Totalitarian force. I therefore must trust that God will return them to me as God said he would if I trust Him. I thought the United States Constitution protected us from such Seizures of our familys and properties? Evidently we may have trickle down court system. If the Supreme Court can bypass Seperation of Church and State, so goes abiding by the Constitution. I know I can't be the only American that this is happening to. God may have me exposed in this terrible situation to save our American Children and Heritage, and stop such an evil practice in America.

Amendment IV (1791)

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and
effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and
no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or
affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the
persons or things to be seized.
 

Amendment VI (1791)

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and
public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime
shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously
ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the
accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory
process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of
counsel for his defense.

Senate Democrats made clear yesterday they consider race and civil rights a prime issue, both as part of their long-term agenda and to use against Republicans during this Congress

Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle, South Dakota Democrat, and Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, Massachusetts Democrat, sponsored a forum for Senate Democrats to plan a civil rights agenda for the year.
     They laid out a host of things to do, including passing hate crimes legislation, funding election reform and opposing some of the president's judicial nominees.
     "Civil rights has always been the great unfinished business of America," Mr. Kennedy said.

Democrats also have criticized the president for renominating a judge that Senate Democrats rejected last year, citing his record on civil rights.

Mr. Daschle laid out a score card for judging Republicans, including: nominating judges who support "our nation's core civil rights laws;" passing a hate crimes law; funding election reform; and "opposing economic policies that will shrink the middle class and increase income disparities."
     Still, much of Democrats' agenda for civil rights mirrored standard Democratic priorities.
     Sen. Russell D. Feingold, Wisconsin Democrat, said he will pursue a bill for a moratorium on executions as part of the civil rights agenda, while another panel moderator, Robert Raben, president of the D.C. chapter of the Hispanic National Bar Association, called for the agenda to include protection of abortion rights and gun-control laws, among others.
