Many
experts fear the wall could collapse, and the Israeli police
have banned Jews and Christians from the Temple Mount for
fear of Muslim riots
CBN.com –
JERUSALEM — Jerusalem's Temple Mount is
one of the most revered and contested pieces of land in the
world. Moslems call the site Hareem al-Sharef. It's where
the Al Aqsa mosque and the Dome of the Rock are located. To
Jews, it is the place where Kings Solomon and Herod built
the first and second Temples: the holiest place in the
Jewish religion
That is why a bulge in one of the walls on the Temple
Mount has attracted both worldwide attention and
controversy.
