Bestiality Legal in Washington State

It seems that bestiality is not illegal in the northwest state of Washington. As King County sheriffs attempt to investigate a farm where a man died from injuries sustained while having sex with a horse, the truth about laws against such acts in Washington has surfaced – there are no such laws.

Sheriffs believe that the man was dropped off at Enumclaw Community Hospital by the owner of an Enumclaw-area farm notorious on internet chat rooms for being a destination for those seeking depravity at one of its basest forms.

According to Detective John Urquhart, “A significant number of people, we believe, have visited this farm.”

Sweden is a nation where bestiality has been legal for some time. According to Nettavisen, bestiality was decriminalized in 1944, along with homosexual sodomy.

Nettavisen also reports, “There is an increasing selection of animal porn at video rentals and an increasing number of websites with animal pornography are surfacing.” In addition, a Swedish newspaper, Expressen, claims every 20th dog or cat that receives veterinarian treatment in Sweden has been sexually abused.

Contact your state officials in Washington and urge them to pass laws banning bestiality.
