Recently President Bush stated in a speech to the American people that America doesn't need to get a permission slip from the U.N. to defend America from those that would threaten and destroy this country. If you continue to watch The United States Supreme Court, they are leaving the Christian Law that we are governed by and moving to secular Law that is not in The United States Constitution. The United States Supreme Court is moving American Law to secular Law. What is happening is The United States Supreme Court is getting a permission slip from International Law to enforce in the United States. I guess that now means we don't have a Constitution anymore we can trust to guide our Nation, we must now Ask The United States Supreme Court what International Law is going to do with us Americans. The United States Supreme Court has now taken upon their selves to guide this Nations Laws from out side our Nation. I guess The United States Supreme Court might as well just tell us what they are doing, Just throw away your heritage, throw away The United States Constitution, throw away The Declaration of Independence, and wait and see what we will do next. They just tell all of us bunch of morons, they know best, we will dictate to you what will happen next.

And strangely enough Congress just stands there watching them wondering what they are going to do next to lead this Nation in Law. While they decide on whether unborn babies should be killed or not. Lately I heard a poll report on the Democrats that the most important thing on choosing a candidate was whether he could beat Bush or not, didn't really seem important what he believed in.

When a President hopeful can run for office in America with the things he supports this day and age is sickening. I heard one of the democrats intended to promote homosexual marriages if he is elected, how disgraceful. This means the man has no True Christian Morals. I read another commentary that Christian Values didn't serve to increase or decrease him being elected. A Christian person in office in the Presidents Office is very important in a Christian Nation like ours. He has the opportunity to support Christian Values in America, and can correct the Laws that now are running wild.

When President Bush Humbles himself as a man to a higher authority, Our God Jehovah, The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, 80 % of Americans can stand proud that he honors our God. Even though the ACLU and other terrorist like them are trying to destroy America.

Precedent for Seeking Dependence of Foreign Law

Recently, the United States Supreme Court opened the door for international law to be considered as a standard for domestic policy. In June 2003, the U.S. Supreme Court declared that Texas’ anti-sodomy laws were unconstitutional. In this decision, Justice Kennedy delivered the majority opinion. He justified his decision, in part, by stating, “The right the petitioners seek in this case has been accepted as an integral part of human freedom in many other countries. There has been no showing that in this country the governmental interest in circumscribing personal choice is somehow more legitimate or urgent.”

Shortly after the decision, Justice O’Connor discussed the references to international law at the Atlanta-based Southern Center for International Studies. O’Connor stated, “I suspect that over time, we will rely increasingly—or take notice at least increasingly—on international and foreign law in resolving domestic issues.”
